Upreach

In Matthew's Gospel, chapter 22, Jesus told us, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." We express our love for God in many ways as individuals throughout the week, but it is during community worship that we most fully express our love for and gratitude to the Lord for his great compassion and mercy.

During worship, we focus on God's higher calling to be his disciples and to praise his holy name. Mature Christians do not worship each week because they "have to" but because they truly want to give glory to their Father in heaven and render unto him the praise and adoration that he alone deserves.

Our upreach includes three services of worship each Sunday. At 8:00 AM we worship God in a traditional setting with familiar and favorite hymns. At 9:30 AM we worship God in a blended setting with both familiar hymns and many of today's popular contemporary Christian songs. At 11:00 AM we worship God in a contemporary setting as we are led in singing through the ministry of our praise band called "Emmaus."
