Katarina Nagy
I am very positive and optimistic; there is so much in life to be happy and thankful for!
I was born and raised in Slovakia, a tiny country in the heart of Europe. I am very versatile in European culture and traditions as well as its language. I have a Masters Degree in Education & Visual Arts. Nineteen years ago, I visited New Mexico and fell in love with its ambiance and climate, and now call it my second home.
I have two children and one son-in-law. Thomas (31) graduated from USNA in Annapolis, MD, in 2001. He currently works and lives in Washington, DC. Sonya (29) works at Sandia Labs, while her husband, Brian, owns Beyond Horizons, a lawn maintenance company. Coordinating weddings and working with brides to create their special day is a passion I discovered when helping my own daughter plan her wedding here at Faith.
My hobbies include arts & crafts, music, cooking & baking, flower gardening, outdoor activities and traveling. I love to take walks in the evening and watch the sunset and its reflection over the Sandia Mountains. I would love to leave this world a better place than I found it.
I love my work and people I work with. I am happy to be part of such a great team and community.
