Hospital and Home Visitation

Members of Faith are called to care for those who are homebound and in the hospital by visiting and praying with them.

Support Meetings

All members of the Faith Care Ministries Hospital and Home Visitation Team and Stephen Ministers should attend the Support Meetings which meet the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in Room 6.

The meeting for the entire group will be held first, and then Stephen Ministers will be asked to remain for the normal Stephen Ministry Supervisory Meeting.

  2. Experiences in Hospital and Home Visitation Activities
  3. Questions and Answers about visitation activities
  4. Report on Faith Lutheran Visitation Forms received
  5. Hospital and Homebound Visitation Roleplay
  6. For Stephen Ministers only: Stephen Ministry Supervisory Meeting. If you have a Care Receiver, please bring a completed Check-In Form with you.
